10-12th March 2026, Nuremberg, Germany
Zinergy was proud to exhibit at the Embedded World Exhibition & Conference 2026, showcasing thin, flexible batteries.
Embedded World is one of the leading international events for the embedded systems community, bringing together technology leaders, innovators, and developers to explore the latest advancements in embedded hardware, software, and IoT solutions.
Zinergy batteries are used to power smart labels and wearable devices where thinness and flexibility are important.
Containing no lithium, Zinergy batteries are safe and do not catch fire if punctured or split. At the same time, they provide the high currents required by any wireless application – from active RFID through to global cellular communications and GNSS.
Pritesh Hiralal (CTO of Zinergy) and Andrew Matthews (Director of Business Development) were at the exhibition and inundated by visitors throughout the event. They showcased the range of batteries Zinergy produces – from small RFID batteries measuring 20 by 20 mm, through to cellular batteries designed to power standard logistic industry labels.
“Throughout the show people were amazed how flexible and thin the batteries were, and how we could power every wireless communication technology“, said Pritesh. “Initially, people were scared to bend the batteries, but we showed just how flexible they are and encouraged them to have a go. It was great to see the surprise on their faces!”
“Pritesh and I discussed so many applications: Logistics labels, asset validation and traceability stickers; medical devices; and wearables. It was truly exciting to hear some of the ideas visitors had for the applications our batteries could power“.
We would like to thank everyone who stopped by our booth and shared some great thoughts. We look forward to further discussions!
The future of IoT is flexible – just like our batteries.
