Zinergy’s new 6,000 m2 production facility was opened in September 2025 and is now fully operational. The new facility boasts four independent roll-to-roll battery production lines. Operating with a maximum web width of 600 mm, these continuous lines can produce millions of batteries per month.
Battery production is managed under ISO 9001:2015 controls, ensuring the complete process, from mixing the chemical slurries from raw materials to controlling the deposited film thicknesses, are quality controlled in-house. With 100% in-line QA inspection and continuous product performance testing, Zinergy assures the batteries it produces are ready to meet your smart-label demands.
