R&D Team and Sales
Researcher and R&D manager
Karolina’s interest in chemistry and practical engineering solutions led her to study quality analysis in food technology obtaining an engineering and an M.Sc. degree in the subject. Her role at Zinergy requires her to be an R&D scientist as well as a battery engineer depending on particular need. She previously participated in an Innovate UK project on biosensor wristbands for the elderly as well as an electrode wettability study in collaboration with the National Physical Laboratory. Her latest project involves the development of thin power sources for cold chain logistics.
Tunde obtained her master’s degree in chemistry in 2016 at the University of Szeged (Hungary), and later went on to pursue a multidisciplinary PhD project in biomedical engineering/polymer chemistry at the University of Reading (UK), where she has recently submitted her thesis. Her expertise includes smart and biomimetic polymers, as well as physical chemistry and nonlinear dynamics of oscillating chemical reactions.
